Find psychological support.Stay on track between sessions.

We are building MindFind, an app for finding verified psychologists, booking sessions and chatting with them. We are also preparing tools to help you stay on track from one session to the next.

  • Psychologists with reviewed credentials
  • Free for clients
  • Sign-up not open yet

MindFind is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, call 112. If you are having thoughts of suicide, you can also call 024 in Spain.

For psychologists

Your practice, organised in one place.

Your public page, your hours, your appointments and your messages, in one app. That part is already built and being tested. Tools to support each client between sessions are in preparation.

A single subscription for psychologists is planned, covering visibility to new clients and practice tools. It has no price yet and nothing is being charged.

See when it will be available
  • Public page, hours and calendar

We review your credentials before your page is published, with your approach, price, session format, area and languages. Set your weekly hours and any exceptions: bookings reach your calendar without double bookings, even when an appointment is rescheduled.

  • Messages, visits and feedback

Chat with your clients. Notifications take you straight to the conversation or the appointment. See visits to your page, messages and bookings, and private feedback on your sessions: you only see the average, from three responses onwards and without knowing who rated.

  • In preparation · Follow-up between sessions

You will be able to invite clients you already see: the connection is only activated if they accept. You will suggest activities using your templates and resources, and read what they share when preparing each session. They will see when you have read it.

  • In preparation · Private session notes

You will be able to write notes for sessions held in MindFind or elsewhere, save drafts and edit them without losing earlier versions. Conclusions for the client are shared separately, and only when you decide.

In preparation · AI help for your notes

Optional help to organise your written notes and suggest conclusions from the fields you choose. You always review it, and nothing is ever published automatically.

It is still switched off and has no release date. It does not record, transcribe or diagnose.

In preparation: between-session follow-up, your resources (including your own files) and private notes. They are not available yet and have no date.

For clients

Choose your psychologist at your own pace.

MindFind will help you find verified psychologists and keep everything around each session organised. The app is not open to the public yet.

Compare before you choose

Filter by reason for seeking help, session format, budget, language, area and time. If you prefer, answer a few questions about what you are looking for and we will suggest psychologists, each with the reason it appears and no percentages. Before deciding, look at their profile, way of working and price.

Your appointments and messages, organised

Pick a free slot and review the appointment before confirming it: a booked slot cannot be booked twice. If you need to change it, you can reschedule from your calendar. Notifications take you to the conversation or the appointment. You can message your practitioner, who replies according to their availability: chat is not for immediate replies.

MindFind will be free for clients. The platform will not charge you fees for invitations or sessions. Each session is paid separately, at the price you agree with your practitioner.

In preparation · Follow-up between sessions

What you work on, in a shared space

You will be able to see the activities your practitioner suggests, with their resources, and tell them how it went: whether you tried it, found it hard or would rather talk about it in session. You will see when they have read it and the conclusions they choose to share with you. Their working notes are kept separately.

Prepare your session and share it when you want

Before each appointment you will be able to answer three questions, one at a time, about what you want to discuss. Your answers are saved as a draft, and nothing is sent until you decide to share it.

These follow-up tools are in preparation and not available yet.

How it works

Before, during and after the session.

This is how it will work once the app is available.

  1. Search and book

Search with filters or let us suggest psychologists based on what you ask for. Pick a day, a time and whether the session is online or in person, and review the appointment before confirming it.

  2. Focus on the session

The session is with your practitioner, and you work on whatever you need. Afterwards, if you like, you can rate it privately. MindFind does not replace psychological care.

  3. Continue between sessions

In preparation: prepare your next session, respond to your practitioner’s activities and share only when you decide.

Privacy and control

Everyone decides what to share, and when.

In the follow-up tools we are preparing, saving a draft is not the same as sending it. The app will clearly show what you have saved and what you have sent.

Your drafts, at your own pace

As a client, you will be able to save your answers and the preparation for your next session without sharing them. They are only sent when you decide. For example: you write “I would like to talk about how to organise my week”, save it as a draft and share it later.

Working notes and conclusions, kept apart

A practitioner’s notes are not published automatically: the conclusions they share with you are prepared and published separately. This does not limit your right to access your data, which you can request from the data controller.

Frequently asked questions

Questions before you start

When will I be able to use MindFind?

Not yet: MindFind is in development. Search with filters, recommendations with their reasons, profiles, bookings, the calendar and chat are already built and being tested, without public access. Between-session follow-up and private notes are in preparation, and AI remains switched off. There is no open sign-up yet and no download on Google Play or the App Store. In the meantime, this page shows what we are building for clients and psychologists.

What will be free and what will I pay for?

For clients, MindFind will be free: the platform will not charge fees for invitations or sessions. Sessions are paid separately, at the price you agree with your practitioner. For psychologists, a single subscription is planned, covering visibility to new clients and practice tools. It has no price yet and nothing is being charged.

Will I be able to invite clients I already see?

Yes, it will be part of the between-session follow-up we are preparing. The client will have to accept the invitation and, in some cases, you will have to confirm it afterwards. Booking an appointment or opening a chat does not activate follow-up on its own.

Will I have to use artificial intelligence?

No. You can search with filters, without AI, and recommendations are based on rules that explain their reasons. There are two optional AI features, both switched off for now: one to help you describe what you are looking for in a practitioner, and one to help practitioners organise their written notes and get suggested conclusions from the fields they choose. The practitioner always reviews the result, and nothing is confirmed or published automatically. It does not record, transcribe, diagnose or provide therapy.

Who will receive my text if AI is switched on?

The planned AI is provided by OpenAI. In search, it would receive your message and your draft preferences; in notes, only the text fields needed for the task the practitioner requests. It is not active now: before switching it on, the data protection requirements and the corresponding assessment must be completed. The practitioner choosing fields and reviewing the result does not replace those obligations.

Can I use chat in an emergency?

No. Each practitioner replies according to their availability and the limits they set. Chat is not an emergency channel and does not offer round-the-clock care. If you are in immediate danger, call 112; if you are having thoughts of suicide, in Spain you can call 024.

Will I be able to download my information?

Yes. The app includes downloading your data and deleting your account. Each person downloads what concerns them. This download does not replace a formal request to access your data made to the data controller, nor does it mean working notes fall outside that right.
